Qualifications:

  • Verify the patient’s insurance details by reviewing their profile using online resources.
  • When the business day begins, it is your responsibility to open the front desk and perform any necessary tasks.
  • You, in conjunction with the administrative supervisor, are responsible for ensuring that all new front-desk staff are properly trained and checked for conformity with front-desk standards.
  • ensures that patients have paid any required deposits or co-payments/deductibles in accordance with company policy before seeing a doctor.
  • Carefully enter each patient’s demographic and insurance information into the electronic medical system.
  • The job entails picking up all incoming calls, providing the necessary information, and then forwarding them to the relevant parties.
