Job Description

Conducts a variety of clerical accounting responsibilities involving financial recordkeeping and/or transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, utility bills, business license, payroll, and cashiering, under supervision; responds to requests and queries; and performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Employers seek employees with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • The income you earn is determined by the number of years you’ve worked.
  • The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage a wide range of activities with precision and attention to deadlines with little direct supervision.
  • Assist with account payable bill processing and coding.
  • Receipts and payments made with the company’s credit cards must be processed and recorded.
  • In this position, you will set up, classify, check, and manage computerized files for Accounts Payable Invoices.
  • Checks should be created and forwarded to the accounts payable department.
  • You must have a working personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by the company’s policy in order to be considered for this position.
  • Additional responsibilities are assigned by the General Accounting Manager.
  • Other clerical chores, such as filing, copying, and collating, as well as data entry for the accounting department, are performed as needed.
